A Philadelphia carpenter by trade, George built a career spanning more than $1 billion in general contracting experience. As the founder and guiding force behind the Baumgardner Group and Fire Road Business Park, he provides senior strategic direction at the board level.
Leads the growth and performance of the company’s real estate portfolio through acquisitions, leasing, development, and dispositions. Dedicated to creating value through proactive asset management, strategic investments, and strong, long-term partnerships with tenants and industry professionals.
Dana Hoagland serves as Property Manager and primary point of contact for tenants, overseeing day-to-day operations across the park. She coordinates maintenance and service requests, supports leasing administration, and ensures issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. She plays a key role in ensuring consistent service standards and an efficient on-site experience.
With more than $130 million in general contracting experience, Andrew oversees day-to-day operations for the Baumgardner Group and Fire Road Business Park. He leads all construction activity across the portfolio, ensuring projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term value in mind.
James is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and former senior tax accountant at Deloitte, bringing deep financial expertise and leadership to Fire Road Business Park and the Baumgardner Group. He oversees more than $50 million AUM, while managing an annual cash flow of approximately $45 million.
